Since it's inception in 1993, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. has been committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. Chang's China Bistro is a full-service, upscale, casual dining restaurant, while Pei Wei Asian Diner (pây wây) is a quick casual, limited-service restaurant. As of December 28, 2008, there are 189 Bistros in 39 states and 159 Pei Weis in 21 states.
