Yesterday was our 8th wedding anniversary.
I'd ordered a share of Wal-Mart as we were shopping there often for Debbie's birthday in August. Not being able to wait that long I decided to give it to her for our anniversary. Deb has had cancer for 4 years and is taking chemo again. She hasn't been feeling well for the last month but when I gave her the beautifully framed share of Wal-Mart stock, she actually smiled for the first time in quite a while. I've since secured a share of McDonald's for her. I can hardly wait for the next smile.
