OneShare.com sales staff also collects data on what we call Sales Source. Sales Source is the method of how you visited and/or was informed of the OneShare.com website (examples: search engine, television ad, newspaper/magazine article, word of mouth from a friend). We also collect and store the following personal information when you sign up to receive our E-mail Newsletter or request a catalog; name, address, and electronic mail address. All of this information is stored internally by OneShare.com.

How Your Personal Information Is Used

We DO NOT share your personally identifiable information, except to process and fulfill your order. The OneShare.com website uses an order form so that you can request information, products, and services. Contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you (however, you can opt-out of promotional e-mails. See Below). Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary to fulfill your order. Contact information for gift recipients may also be collected solely in order to ensure correct gift delivery and proper registration of the stock purchased. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. Financial information is not used for any other purpose than billing.

When you consent to receive information and purchase stock from any of the companies OneShare.com provides, or arranges on your behalf, we will provide these companies with your Recipient contact information and social security number. This is necessary as the product we sell is a "live" security and the Recipient is benefited with all shareholder rights in the company in which the stock is purchased.

OneShare.com uses aggregate demographic and other information it collects for sales and marketing purposes and shares that information with current and prospective investors, transaction fulfillment companies, and issuing companies. Demographic studies are performed by a third party using a Zip+Four method only. A Zip+Four method entails a study such as, for example, income level, educational level, and age profile in which a collective group of people live by postal zip code. This information is used solely for OneShare.com staff to better understand the client base it serves. None of this information as shared contains any personal identifiers, nor is it tied to your personally identifiable information once shared.

Each month OneShare.com will send an electronic mailing (Newsletter) to everyone who has provided us with an electronic mailing address. If you receive such a mailing and wish to opt-out of any future mailings, simply follow the instructions in the e-mail to Unsubscribe. At times, OneShare.com will also use traditional avenues of contact using ground mail (or, snail mail) unless you have opted out of communication with OneShare.com. How Third Party Information Is Used

When a customer makes a purchase for someone other than themselves, information is collected on the person who the purchase is intended for (called the Recipient). Recipient information collected entails name, address, e-mail (if available and provided), and social security number (if available and provided). The Recipients information is solely used to fulfill the order request by the Purchaser.

OneShare.com institutes a website feature in which a person can send a referral message ("E-mail this site to a friend") to someone to notify a person of the OneShare.com website. This is solely a one time "invite" e-mail and information provided to send this e-mail (such as name and e-mail address) is not stored and kept.

Service Providers

We use VeriSign to process credit card transactions on our site. We share credit card information as necessary for the third party to provide this service. VeriSign is prohibited from using personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Choice/Opt-Out

Use Of Cookies
